The design process we offer is complemented by the quality of the wide format print we produce, from photographic quality imagery to simple graphics, laminated to provide an enhanced appearance and permanent protection on your vehicle.  This protection can be further improved by the application of a ceramic coating to your wrap, specifically designed for flexible substrates, the coating makes maintenance a whole lot easier and helps to keep the original appearance of your brand new wrap, it's hydrophobic properties limiting the effects of rain and other pollutants.

THE WRAPPING PROCESS

The process to accomplish a complete digitally printed wrap entails an enormous amount of work involving numerous stages requiring meticulous attention to detail, to ensure the best finish possible.  It begins much the same as a vehicle detail with a multi stage washing, cleaning and de-contamination process so that the paintwork is prepared correctly to accept the wrap. We then safely remove parts of the vehicle, (door handles, wing mirrors, bumpers, grilles, lights, badges etc) and clean all the joints, edges and returns to ensure that the edges of the wrap won't fail. The vehicle is then given it's final clean and decontamination with Isopropyl Alcohol in readiness for the wrap to be applied.

All of this preparation stage is absolutely vital and is the most crucial part to the wrap being successful and looking spectacular when it's finished, it is this attention to detail that will achieve an outstanding finish, as opposed to something just looking OK.
